Dear players and spectators,
We would like to thank you for putting forth the effort to attend our event. We have put numerous things into place to ensure that this year's event will be loaded with fun and excitement for players and spectators alike!
We initially anticipated a greater number of pre-registrations from outside of Europe but this has, unfortunately, not been the case as the US Nationals Tournament in North Carolina is happening close to our event, and therefore many US players have been unable to manage to come for either financial or time related reasons.
Therefore, we have opted to eliminate the European Championships to focus solely on a World Championships tournament.
The lack of participation from areas outside of Europe would have caused the player bodies to be very similar for the European Championships and World Championships and we believe that focusing only on the World Championships will produce the best competition and greatest level of entertainment for all involved parties.
On another note, we are pleased to now also offer 1-day-tickets for spectators!
