We would like to inform all our associates, players and iDANCE fans, as well as all those who have followed the work of Positive Gaming and supported our positive project, that the firm is going through a very significant reorganisation period and that there has been a change in management.
Ole Petter Høie is stepping down as Managing Director, and Mark Damave, until now the Managing Director of our partner company Arrowdance, is taking over at the helm. Positive Gaming and Arrowdance also merged into one company Positive Gaming BV with headquarters in the Netherlands, Hillegom, which will be operating from now on as one entity in all business aspects. Accordingly all contracted obligations towards our current partners remain valid.
This change is brought on by several factors. Mainly, Ole has expressed the wish to move on to the position of Founder/Director after assessing that Positive Gaming needed to take a serious change in direction after the first phase of the project had achieved enviable results, but was at the same time quite an exhausting period. Ole believes that he has a lot more to offer in his new position, while Mark can provide an extra push in all the segments.
The company is now ready to face new challenges and focus on further growth and development of its business, as well as to work on new software upgrades and product releases. Mark, who has so far been Ole's closest partner, will continue to follow Positive Gaming's vision as well as inject new energy and the initiative necessary in these challenging times on the global market.
One of the main focuses will be on the reorganisation of sales and current manner of distribution, as well as on opening new markets, ones in which Positive Gaming has not been present so far.
We will establish a direct presence in strategic markets through Positive Gaming offices, primarily with the goal to offer the highest quality of support possible to local distributors.
We will also place special emphasis on the development of new products, especially in those segments of the market in which Positive Gaming has not been present so far, and it is our desire to make Positive Gaming and its products accessible to everyone.
We are also working on a new marketing strategy to turn Positive Gaming products into a recognizable brand on the global level.

Positive Gaming will continue to hold a firm leadership position in the dance game segment, and we will make sure that iDANCE as a positive game pervades as many different environments as possible, and that we can rightfully claim that Positive Gaming products are available to everyone.
